1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using sevsolutions.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. These terms apply to visitors and prospective or current clients.

2. About SevSolutions

SevSolutions LLC ("we", "us", "our") is an Ohio-based Shopify-focused agency providing custom theme development, Shopify app development, store migrations (from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix, and Squarespace to Shopify), and performance and conversion-rate optimization (CRO) consulting. We do not operate a subscription service or marketplace.

3. Use of this website

You may browse our public pages, read our blog and knowledge base, and contact us through our forms. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape content at scale by automated means without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Impersonate SevSolutions or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

4. Client engagements

4.1 Statement of Work

All professional-services engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) or services agreement. Nothing on this Site by itself creates a binding obligation for us to perform services.

4.2 Deliverables and payments

Scope, pricing, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in each SOW. Unless an SOW states otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.

4.3 Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables produced specifically for their project (custom theme files, bespoke app code, migration scripts created exclusively for them). SevSolutions retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and reusable components. We may use anonymized, non-identifying details of completed projects in our portfolio unless the SOW states otherwise.

4.4 Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential business information private and use it only to fulfill the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any project.

5. Disclaimers

The Site and any general guidance it contains are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. General information about Shopify development or migrations is illustrative and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SevSolutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims arising from client engagements is limited to the fees paid under the relevant SOW during the 90 days preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice in accordance with the applicable SOW. We may immediately suspend Site access for any user who violates these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
