2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, company name, and the message you write.
  • Newsletter signups: your email address only.

Information collected automatically

  • Server and access logs: IP address, browser user-agent, requested URLs, and response codes, retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data including page views, session duration, and general geographic region. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Error monitoring: We use Sentry to capture application errors. Error reports may include your browser type, operating system, and the page you were on when an error occurred. Sentry is configured to redact personally identifying information before transmission.
  • Cookies: We set strictly necessary session cookies for our admin area. GA4 sets its own analytics cookies (prefixed _ga). We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and engage in discussions about potential projects.
  • To deliver services you have contracted us for.
  • To send newsletter content you opted in to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or security incidents.
  • To understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the Site.

4. Third-party services

We share data with the following service providers, only as needed to operate the Site and deliver our services:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and edge network. Our site is served from Cloudflare's global network; your requests pass through Cloudflare infrastructure.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (contact form confirmations, newsletter sends).
  • Google Analytics 4 — website analytics (see Section 2).
  • Sentry — application error monitoring (see Section 2).

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. International data transfers

SevSolutions LLC is an Ohio limited-liability company headquartered in the United States. Our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Google, Sentry, Resend) operate global networks and may process data in data centers located outside the United States, including in the European Economic Area. Where required by applicable law, these transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. How long we retain your data

  • Contact form submissions: retained for up to 3 years, or until you request deletion.
  • Newsletter subscriber email addresses: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Server logs: up to 90 days.
  • Analytics data: per Google Analytics default retention settings (up to 14 months for user-level data).

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you, or to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email seva@sevsolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be noted prominently on this page.
