These Sprinkle Cookie Sticks were made by Alyssa Berlin, AKA @bakedbyberlin on Instagram. She’s a UPenn graduate and a newly working girl running on sprinkles and dark chocolate. She started her account as a way to show off her baking hobby. She’s the go-to-girl for homemade baked goods and is unapologetically obsessed with sprinkles. Recipe:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or canola)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- As many sprinkles as you want!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray one baking sheet with cooking spray
Combine oil, sugar, brown sugar in a bowl. Mix in egg and vanilla,
Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Combine with egg mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles
Spread out into a large log and flatten.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
